Quality Policy...

“We shall provide satisfaction to all over clients by adopting quality systems, fair practices and taking care of environment in all our Services. This we will achieve through implementation of Quality Assurance Systems, involvement of employees and adequate training. We further guarantee our clients to follow strict compliance of all the statutory laws of the Central as well as the state Govt. as applicable.” .


ORGANIZATION & MANAGEMENT FOR SECURITY SERVICES:


1. SELECTION & TRAINING:Sukhmaa Sons have experienced executives for selection, training & practice of handling men & machine with adequate knowledge, precision and perfection. Security personnel are the backbone of the organization. Due emphasis and care is taken for selection of proper men for particular job.Regular drill and training is imparted to each to be fit, responsive with quick reflex and honesty for efficient action. They are paid reasonably to be free from tension & worries, to concentrate wholly to their work.Our priority is to appoint experienced and trained guards including Ex-Serviceman. In case of fresher we provide complete training to the recruited guards for 20 days at our training centre by experienced retd. Army Officials in the form of guest faculty. After training the guards are posted at the site.

2. SITE MANAGEMENT:A site supervisor is assigned to every Post. He is responsible and accountable for the functioning of the security mechanism at the site. Since he is on 24 hrs standbys, mobile set is provided to him. He ensures that Instructions for all positions are clearly listed and understood by the guards. Regular tests are carried out to check the same.

3. SUDDEN INSPECTION:To ensure that quality is being maintained at all times, Sukhmaa has a system of sudden inspection of all the sites. Senior security managers inspect the site randomly in the mobile patrolling vehicles at least twice a month on every site. Any discrepancies are immediately reported and an action plan is worked out. The site supervisor is held accountable for its implementation.

4. ROTATION:To avoid over familiarization of the Security Personnel a system of regular rotation of all Security Personnel is followed. Only on approval from the Client, the Guard is allowed to stay. These actions also can keeps our guards always ready for a new assignment at any moment and thus team is fully disciplined.

5. ON SITE TRAINING:Besides the Supervision and checking by the site supervisor the Training instructor is responsible for Training Programmers On-Location. Guards are taught in detail their site instructions and other security related issues in reference to the location. Retired defense personnel are engaged/ hired for specialized training of the security guards. The security guards are also trained for fire fighting equipments.

6. HIGH STANDARD SERVICE ENSURANCE:The staff and senior management regularly discusses various issues of concern to the company systems. All process and systems are focused towards providing the client with high standard service assurance and to upgrade and modernize the team for requirement of clients.

7. SUPPORT MECHANISM (INFRASTRUTURE): The infrastructure consists of the following:

  • Control room operating round the clock 24 hours a day 365 Days a year.
  • Senior Management linked through group mobile connections to ensure all time connectivity.
  • Fully Computerized office.
  • Special Guards always available on call (Expert in unarmed combat).
  • Mobile vehicles (Jeep & two wheeler’s) always on standby with trained manpower.
  • A fully equipped Training Center situated behind hotel Radisson Delhi & Bahadur Garh Haryana.
  • Fully educated and computer literate office staff.



8. UNIFORM :To maintain dignity of the work place and to differentiate from others. They are supplied with smart and attractive uniform. The uniforms are designed from standard fairies as per requirement of clients.

9. SUPERVISION AND SERVICE TO BE RENDERED TO:Supervision is most important aspect in order to provide quality service. We have strong operation team comprising of manager, inspectors & patrol supervisors who are constantly checking our assignments & guards. This is further backed by a 24 hrs control room, so that clients can regularly obtain assistance, at any time.Today the world cannot stand, on lip services and war of words. It can only progress if man, machine & information are safe. This can only be possible if we have good control, communication & mobility. In addition to the above, the cooperation of client and security agency is very essential. Therefore, let us become two-in-one to defeat the ill ideas of others. 11. PAYMENTS AND STAFF WELFARE:The security staff is fully covered under P.F., E.S.I.C and Welfare fund Act. If necessary general insurance policies are also provided to the staff. All the provisions of labour laws are duty followed.(Provisions of the payment of wages Act 1936 is strictly complied to ensure payment of wages in a particular form at regular intervals without unauthorized deductions) The staff is covered under P.F., E.S.I.C., E.L., C.L. S.L., Bonus, Dress etc. as per the requirement of client.
